After a 4-year term, Lipman Hearne CEO Minesh Parikh is turning his attention to a strategic role on the consulting and account management team. Minesh will lead select accounts and steer special projects. The agency is conducting an active search for a new CEO, and in the interim will be guided by its COO, Donna Van De Water, and executive leadership team: EVP Alexia Koelling, SVP Kirsten Fedderke, and EVP Sara Stern. Lipman Hearne is an ESOP, which means we are an employee-owned company, where every employee has a stake in its future, and its success. And where every employee is deeply committed to the success of our mission-driven clients and the populations they serve. Questions, comments, ideas?
