In April 2018, Yes& was elected to membership in the 4A's (aaaa.org), the national trade association representing advertising and marketing agencies. Now more than 100 years old, the 4A's exists to "empower agencies to thrive in a constantly changing world" through a focus on "Commerce + Creativity + Culture." As a 4A's member, Yes& joins a community that includes many of the largest and most respected creative organizations in the world.
"The 4A's gives us access to a treasure trove of research, education, and partnering opportunities," said Yes& President & CEO Bob Sprague. "I'm impressed that the 4A's is pivoting aggressively to help its members understand and prosper from the profound changes the industry is undergoing."
Sprague attended the 4A's annual conference, Accelerate, in Miami Beach in April. He brought back pages of disruptive ideas that are already influencing Yes& practices. "Yes& people are going to have their minds blown, in some cases," added Sprague, "which will only serve to help us deliver mind-blowing results for our clients."
