Company’s continued growth and expansion results in Inc. 5000 recognition

Inc. Magazine recently announced that Yes&, a performance-driven marketing agency, made their annual list of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies. This is the first year Yes& has been included on the Inc. 5000 list and is a direct result of the success of the company’s growth strategy.

With specific expertise in technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, transportation, real estate and homeland security, Yes& serves corporate, association and federal/state/local government clients with highly-creative and impactful branding, digital, event, marketing, public relations and creative services.

"We're honored to be included on this year’s Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America,” said Robert W. Sprague, Yes& President and CEO. “This recognition validates the team effort behind our growth, the outstanding creativity and service our people are delivering every day, and the way the Yes& concept is resonating with both our long-time and brand-new clients.”

Considered to be the most prestigious ranking of America's fastest growing private companies, the Inc. 5000 list provides insight into the nation's most competitive companies within their markets. Some of the country's most successful businesses, like Microsoft, Pandora, Intuit, Yelp and more, received their first national recognition after being named on the Inc. 5000 list.

“If your company is listed on the Inc. 5000, it’s unparalleled recognition of your years of hard work and sacrifice,” noted Inc. editor-in-chief James Ledbetter.

Brands have evolved over centuries from simple tools for recognition to something much more nuanced and sophisticated in the modern age. Being an agile brand means taking part in a relationship with consumers. While this means giving up some control over your brand, it rewards you with loyal long-term customers. Yes& SVP Digital Greg Kihlström’s new book, The Agile Brand, follows the story of branding from its beginnings to the authentic relationship with brands that modern consumers want, and gives practical examples of what you can do to modernize your brand in meaningful ways. “In my work at Yes&, I see the shifting consumer landscape and how it is affecting the dynamics between customers and the brands they choose to support,” says Kihlstrom. “This book discusses how successful organizations have embraced a two-way relationship with consumers and a more agile approach to growth.”
