Agency promotes 15-year company executive to lead the organization into the future
ALEXANDRIA, VA (September 7, 2023) – Integrated marketing agency Yes& today announced the appointment of Josh Golden as President and Chief Creative Officer. Golden, an experienced executive and creative director, has devoted more than 15 years of his career to Yes&.
Robert W. Sprague will take the title of Founder & CEO, while Jeb Brown will continue to act as Chairman & Chief Operating Officer. Naming Golden as President is the first step in developing a succession plan at Yes& and indicates that the agency is progressing to a next generation of leadership that is well poised to guide the agency through changes in the industry.

As Senior Vice President and Senior Creative Director at Yes&, Golden has provided key strategic and creative counsel for clients like the U.S. Mint, Sentara Healthcare, and FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program. Before joining Yes&, his career included time as an actor, writer, director, educator, historian, and sports marketer. He led creative for two Major League Baseball teams, the New York Mets and the Washington Nationals, where as an inaugural team member, his legacy lives on in four larger-than-life racing presidents. Those experiences developed Golden into a strong creative strategist and collaborative leader who is poised to guide the continued growth and expansion at Yes&.
