Former Hill Holliday executive brings national brand experience to growing firm.
Yes&, a full-service integrated marketing agency, announced today that it was augmenting its ranks of senior level communications and marketing experts with the addition of Jeff Nowak as Senior Vice President and Head of Account Management.
Nowak will serve as the client lead for the Yes& relationship with FEMA and their National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), building out a world-class marketing and communications team and ensuring the success of every aspect of this critical client/agency partnership. In addition, the former Hill Holliday executive will serve as Head of Account Management. In this newly established role, Nowak will focus on bringing the best talent to Yes& and lead the agency in delivering innovative marketing ideas that help solve the toughest business problems and drive strategic growth for the agency’s clients.

Nowak contributes extensive brand-building, corporate and product marketing, and social responsibility experience. In his previous agency leadership roles, he has partnered with leading B2C and B2B companies in the most complex categories, such as Bank of America, Gillette, Optum, American Lung Association, and Fireball, to help them connect with their audiences in meaningful ways through brand reinvention, corporate reputation initiatives, marketing-led experiences, and integrated partnerships.
With more than 25 years in the industry, Nowak decided he wanted to take his experience from working at several large agencies and be a part of building something exceptional. After seeing the momentum at Yes& first-hand, Nowak wanted in.
